Digital Verification Targets Secondary School Students

Parents and guardians with students in Grade 10, Form 3, and Form 4 are required to attend the verification exercise in person.

They must visit the nearest designated verification office according to their ward and on the dates provided in the official timetable.
This physical verification forms part of the digital validation process before bursary awards are finalized.


Official Gatanga Constituency Bursary Verification Schedule for 2026

The verification exercise will take place ward by ward as follows:

Ithanga Ward
Verification will be conducted on 19th and 20th January 2026 at the Kaguku NG-CDF Office.

Kakuzi / Mitumbiri Ward
Residents are scheduled for verification on 21st January 2026 at Greystone Grounds.

Kariara Ward
Verification will take place on 22nd and 23rd January 2026 at the Kariara ACC Office.

Kigoro 
Applicants will be verified on 26th and 27th January 2026 at the Kigoro ACC Office.

Kihumbuini Ward
Verification is scheduled for 28th and 29th January 2026 at the Kihumbuini ACC Office.

Mugumoini Ward
Residents will attend verification on 2nd and 3rd February 2026 at Gatunyu Dispensary.

Gatanga Ward
The final phase will run on 4th, 5th, and 6th February 2026 at the Mabanda NG-CDF Office.

Parents and guardians are advised to attend only on their designated ward dates to allow for smooth coordination.


Online Registration for University, TVET, Polytechnic, and College Students

Students studying in universities, TVET institutions, polytechnics, and colleges will not attend physical verification.

Instead, they are required to register online through the official Gatanga Constituency bursary portal.

Online registration runs from 11th January to 8th February 2026.

Eligibility Requirement for the Gatanga NG-CDF Bursary

Only registered voters in Gatanga Constituency qualify for the 2026 bursary program.
